Basic Concepts in Market Dynamics

Coming Soon... Distribution Tactics

This is a work in progress. An on-line experiment, if you will, where we have endeavored to illustrate some of the key concepts about market dynamics (conversion/exchange relationships) and how a marketer can master them. New sections will be added periodically.

The author, Sherman Whipple, first conceptualized the Market Conversion Theory in 1984, and has successfully applied it as an analytic and forecasting tool in over 500 engagments since 1987. For more information on business applications using Whipple's theory please download a PDF file called "An Introduction to Dynamic Modeling".
